With knowledge of Vermont real estate ownership, development and transfer in both straight forward residential transactions to the more complex commercial transaction, as well as the title issues and Vermont permit and regulatory issues at the State and local levels, we look to meet our clients' needs. We principally represent sellers of real estate in Vermont and assist clients through the complexity of issues that may arise related to Regulatory and Environmental Court appeals.
